Although most of us will have some understanding of human biology we found from start to finish the whole 6 floor museum captivating.. To actually see different body systems explained and pulled together in a logical manner whilst being able to visualise in 3D made for a highly educational and enlightening visit.
★★★★★

Insightful with enough educational format and array of relevant information to make the tour interesting and made me want to stay longer than I'd intended to entering the exhibition. I'd go again.
★★★★

Just like museums in general, they are pretty fun, at least for me. Body parts small and big all displayed and well explained. That goes on for a few floors and at the end is a body scan, you can do for free, telling how much body fat etc. you have.

Absolutely loved this experience. It taught me so much about the body that I didn’t know before and would be great for anyone who is interested in this topic. The staff were extremely friendly! Would 100% recommend if you are in Amsterdam.

This museum is awesome and we learned a lot during our visit. The bodies are surprising and the interactives part of the museum allowed us to take part in our learning in an entertaining way. The front door man is also very kind, funny and helpful.

It was such a nice experience! We really enjoyed our time in the museum. We spend 4 hours there because we were in a rush, so if you want the full experience take minimum 4hours there! Absolutely recommend to visit!

Super interesting museum and a great way to waste an hour or two. Staff were polite and super helpful, one even offering local recommendations for other places to visit.

Overall enjoyed the exhibition, fascinating exhibits and art. Educational and positive approach to physical and mental well-being, very well put together, interesting to learn how it was created too.

Family

It was very informative and educational to see the body in this form. My teens saw the effects of smoking, obesity, joint injury, liver and kidney damage. The pictures of what families around the world eat in a week was very illuminating. The effects of arthritis and where tendons are. My daughter recently tore her meniscus and was able to see that part of the body in detail. I am very grateful to the people who gave their bodies to educate us. We did the body scan and I learned I need to increase my muscle mass.

Body worlds Amsterdam was a great experience from the entrance because of the lovely welcoming from Arjen. The nice young guy who handed out the scavenger hunt which my children loved to do. The happiness project was really inspiring and educational, what a work of art. At the end to top it off we had a body scan, the gentleman that helps there is also very nice and helpful. All together awesome day!!!
